Human Netrin-4 (NTN4) ELISA Kit

A specialized sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the accurate detection of Netrin-4 (NTN4) in human samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay targets Netrin-4, also known by the synonyms Beta-netrin and Hepar-derived netrin-like protein (Uniprot Q9HB63; NCBI Gene ID 59277). Netrin-4 is a key protein implicated in neuronal development, axon guidance, angiogenesis, and kidney and vascular development, and its dysregulation has been linked to cancer, neurological disorders, and cardiovascular conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for research.

Assay Genie's Human Netrin-4 ELISA Kit offers a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.098ng/mL, with intra-assay CV of 4.1% and inter-assay CV of 8.3%. Specificity is established for natural and recombinant human Netrin-4. Recovery in serum averages 91% (range 85-97%) and in plasma averages 93% (range 87-99%). Linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions is reported as 82-94%, 94-103%, 99-110% and 105-117% for serum (N=5); 110-120%, 84-93%, 103-112% and 97-109% for EDTA plasma (N=5); and 90-102%, 103-114%, 100-109% and 101-110% for heparin plasma (N=5). The protein is secreted and localised to the extracellular space, extracellular matrix and basement membrane as a major constituent, and may form a homodimer.
