Human Netrin-1 (NTN1) ELISA Kit

Netrin-1 is a secreted extracellular protein that guides CNS commissural axons and peripheral motor axons through its association with DCC and UNC5 family receptors, producing attraction or repulsion. It also acts as a survival factor through receptor binding that prevents apoptosis, and has been implicated in tumorigenesis by regulating apoptosis. Dysregulation of netrin-1 has been linked to cancer, neurological disorders and inflammatory conditions.
