Human Netrin 1 (Ntn1) ELISA Kit

The Netrin-1 protein (gene symbol NTN1) is a secreted guidance molecule belonging to the laminin superfamily, originally characterized for its role in commissural axon pathfinding during neural development. Beyond the nervous system, it is studied in angiogenesis, inflammation, and tumor biology, where it acts as a ligand for DCC and UNC5-family receptors and can modulate cell migration and survival signaling.
