Human Neogenin (NEO1) ELISA Kit

Neogenin, also known as NEO1, NGN, NEO, or IGDCC2 (immunoglobulin superfamily DCC subclass member 2), is a protein involved in cellular processes such as neuronal development, immune response, and tissue regeneration, with roles in guiding axon growth and cell migration relevant to neurological disorders, cancer metastasis, and immune regulation.

The colorimetric assay uses HRP-streptavidin and TMB substrate chemistry and is intended for human samples including serum and plasma, with additional validation for cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types. Reagent components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
