Human NEMO/IKK gamma ELISA Kit

This colorimetric Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of NEMO/IKK gamma (also known as IKBKG) in human samples, supporting research in epigenetics and nuclear signaling. The double antibody assay accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types.

Performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.781–50 ng/mL. Linearity was validated across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions in serum (92–100%, 84–100%, 82–95%), EDTA plasma (86–100%, 82–88%, 81–97%) and heparin plasma (90–98%, 88–101%, 82–96%). Average recovery values are 92% in serum, 91% in EDTA plasma and 94% in heparin plasma, with overall ranges of 85–102%, 86–98% and 86–103% respectively. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months.

The workflow uses a TMB substrate developed in the dark, with absorbance read at 450 nm after the stop reaction. NEMO/IKK gamma acts as a regulatory protein of the NF-kB signaling pathway, with roles in inflammation, immunity and cell survival.
