Human NELL1 ELISA Kit

Quantify circulating Neural EGFL-Like 1 (NELL1) protein in clinical and experimental samples with this ELISA from Assay Genie. NELL1 is a secreted glycoprotein featuring six EGF-like repeats and has drawn intense research interest because autoantibodies targeting NELL1 are a recognized biomarker in PLA2R-negative membranous nephropathy. Investigators also study NELL1 in bone biology, where it promotes osteoblast differentiation and craniofacial mineralization, and in neural development as a regulator of cell adhesion and tissue differentiation.

The kit ships as a complete package containing pre-coated plate wells, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant NELL1 standards, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate, and stop solution in sealed vials and bottles.
