Human NEL Like Protein 2 (NELL2) ELISA Kit

Annotated against UniProt entry Q99435, NELL2 is detected as a homotrimeric glycoprotein carrying multiple EGF-like and von Willebrand factor C repeats. Published work links NELL2 signalling through the Robo2/Robo3 receptor family and the ERK1/2 pathway, with reported involvement in benign prostatic hyperplasia, hypermethylation of NELL2 promoter CpG islands in renal cell carcinoma, favourable prognosis in pancreatic cancer, and CSF biomarker evaluation for tuberculous meningitis.
