The Human NEK9 ELISA Kit quantifies NIMA-related kinase 9, a serine/threonine kinase that drives mitotic entry and microtubule organization. NEK9 phosphorylates NEK6 and NEK7, the downstream effectors required for proper spindle assembly during cell division, and altered expression has been linked to breast cancer prognosis and primary cilia function.

This Assay Genie kit enables quantitative measurement of endogenous NEK9 protein levels. Reagents are supplied in individual vials for refrigerated storage, and the pre-coated microplate should be equilibrated to room temperature before use.
