Human NEIL3 (Endonuclease 8-like 3) ELISA KIT (HUFI05034)

A microplate-based immunoassay from Assay Genie delivers quantitative measurement of human NEIL3 (Nei endonuclease VIII-like 3, Uniprot Q8TAT5), a nucleus-localized DNA glycosylase that preferentially excises hydantoin lesions spiroiminodihydantoin (Sp) and guanidinohydantoin (Gh) along with FapyA, FapyG, 5-OHU, 5-OHC, 5-OHMH, Tg, and 8-oxoA adducts from single-stranded DNA during replication-coupled repair. Also referenced by the symbols FPG2, hFPG2, and hNEI3, NEIL3 has been studied in connection with oxidative DNA damage, telomere maintenance, and altered expression in proliferating tumor cell populations. The procedure uses a matched capture and detection antibody pair calibrated for human biofluid specimens and produces an absorbance-based signal read on a standard plate reader. Each kit supplies a pre-coated dismountable 8×12 strip plate, two vials of lyophilized recombinant standard, biotinylated detection reagent, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, TMB substrate, stop solution, wash buffer (30× concentrate), and plate sealers. The workflow loads 100 µL of standard or sample per well with a 37 °C incubation schedule, and component storage is split between -20 °C for the plate, standards, and detection reagents and 4 °C for wash buffer, TMB substrate, and stop solution. The antibody pair shows no significant cross-reactivity or interference between NEIL3 and analogous DNA repair enzymes, supporting specific recognition of the NEIL3 target. For research use only.
