Human NEDD8-activating enzyme E1 catalytic subunit (UBA3) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of the human NEDD8-activating enzyme E1 catalytic subunit (UBA3) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, using a colorimetric detection method. The assay is specific for both natural and recombinant human UBA3 and is intended for research use only.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.081 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 5.7% and an inter-assay CV of 9.3%. UBA3 is the catalytic subunit of the dimeric UBA3-NAE1 E1 enzyme that initiates protein neddylation, a post-translational modification which regulates protein function and stability and which has been implicated in cancer, neurodegenerative disorders and inflammatory conditions.
