Nectin-2, also referred to as CD112 or PVRL2, is a calcium-independent immunoglobulin-like adhesion molecule that mediates cell-cell junction formation through heterophilic and homophilic binding with other members of the nectin family.

This Assay Genie quantitative immunoassay allows laboratories to measure circulating levels of human Nectin-2 in serum or plasma samples, supporting research in tumor biology, immune synapse signaling, and herpesvirus entry mechanisms where Nectin-2 acts as a cellular entry receptor on host surfaces.
