Human NDUFS7/NADH dehydrogenase [ubiquinone] iron-sulfur protein 7, mitochondrial ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie sandwich ELISA kit is designed for quantitative measurement of human NDUFS7 (NADH dehydrogenase [ubiquinone] iron-sulfur protein 7, mitochondrial) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Using a double antibody sandwich format with colorimetric readout, the assay reports a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. NDUFS7 is a core iron–sulfur subunit of the mitochondrial respiratory chain Complex I, transferring electrons from NADH to ubiquinone, and its dysregulation is associated with mitochondrial and neurodegenerative disease research.

Linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions is reported at 87–104%, 96–100%, and 82–97% in serum (n = 5); 85–104%, 85–100%, and 81–100% in EDTA plasma (n = 5); and 88–100%, 83–91%, and 84–95% in heparin plasma (n = 5). Spike-recovery averages are 93% in serum, 98% in EDTA plasma, and 94% in heparin plasma. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
