Human NDUFS5 ELISA Kit (HUFI07536)

The Assay Genie Human NDUFS5 ELISA Kit is intended for quantitative measurement of NDUFS5 (NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase core subunit S5), a 13 kDa accessory subunit of mitochondrial respiratory Complex I. NDUFS5 contributes to the assembly and stability of the NADH dehydrogenase complex and is widely studied in the context of oxidative phosphorylation, mitochondrial dysfunction, and cellular bioenergetics. Published investigations have used NDUFS5 quantification to probe Complex I integrity in cancer metabolism research, neurodegeneration studies, and models of mitochondrial disease.

This microplate-based immunoassay is configured for 96 Assays and produces a measurable absorbance signal.
