NDUFB5 is a nuclear-encoded accessory subunit of mitochondrial respiratory Complex I (NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase), the entry-point enzyme of the electron transport chain. Assay Genie supplies this quantitative ELISA to measure NDUFB5 protein in human specimens, with reactivity validated specifically for human samples, for research into mitochondrial bioenergetics.
