Human NDUFB2 ELISA Kit (HUFI07543)

NDUFB2 (NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit B2) is a nuclear-encoded accessory subunit of mitochondrial respiratory chain complex I, anchored in the inner mitochondrial membrane and required for stable assembly of the holoenzyme. This Assay Genie kit enables quantitative measurement of NDUFB2 protein in human specimens, supporting research into mitochondrial dysfunction, complex I deficiency syndromes, and altered oxidative phosphorylation linked to metabolic disease, neurodegeneration, and cancer metabolism. The microplate-based protocol uses a matched antibody pair format with an absorbance readout on standard ELISA plate readers and is configured for 96 determinations per kit.
