The Assay Genie Human NDFIP1 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of NDFIP1 (Nedd4 Family Interacting Protein 1), a transmembrane PY-motif adaptor protein of approximately 25 kDa that regulates Nedd4-family E3 ubiquitin ligases and modulates iron homeostasis via DMT1 and ferroportin trafficking. The kit supports research into T-cell activation, cytokine receptor turnover, and ubiquitin-mediated protein degradation. Supplied with pre-coated microplate wells, biotinylated detection reagent, standards, and assay buffer, it is intended for in vitro research use only. Reagents should be stored refrigerated and protected from light, with multiple freeze-thaw cycles of the standard avoided by aliquoting.
