Human NDC80 ELISA Kit (HUFI08708)

For quantitative measurement of NDC80 (also known as Hec1, Highly Expressed in Cancer 1), the Assay Genie kit delivers a microplate-based immunoassay intended for research use only. NDC80 forms the NDC80 complex together with NUF2, SPC24, and SPC25, anchoring kinetochores to spindle microtubules and enabling faithful chromosome segregation during mitosis. Aberrant NDC80 expression is linked to chromosomal instability and is reported in several cancers, making the protein a focus in oncology, cell cycle, and mitotic checkpoint research.

The kit includes pre-coated assay plates, lyophilized standards, detection reagents, and substrate sufficient for 96 determinations run in parallel.
