Human NCS1 ELISA Kit (HUFI07554)

The NCS1 target (Neuronal Calcium Sensor 1, also termed frequenin homolog) is an EF-hand calcium-binding protein studied extensively in neuroscience and cancer biology. Assay Genie's ELISA kit enables researchers to quantify NCS1 in clinical blood-derived specimens, supporting investigations into neurotransmitter release, synaptic plasticity, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and several malignancies involving disrupted calcium signaling.

Each plate is pre-coated with a human-specific capture antibody; bound analyte is paired with a biotinylated detection reagent and streptavidin-HRP. Reconstituted standards and samples should be aliquoted and frozen to limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
