Human NCOR2 ELISA Kit

A high-quality sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse NCOR2 (Nuclear Receptor Corepressor 2), a protein involved in transcriptional regulation, gene expression, and chromatin remodeling. The assay is configured as a double-antibody sandwich ELISA with a sensitivity of 37.5 pg/mL and a working range of 62.5–4000 pg/mL. Recovery averages are 95% for serum, 95% for EDTA plasma, and 92% for heparin plasma. The assay uses a colorimetric TMB-based protocol with absorbance read at 450 nm, and kits should be stored at 2–8 °C for 12 months.
