Human NCF1 (Neutrophil cytosol factor 1) ELISA KIT (HUFI05008)

Neutrophil cytosol factor 1 (NCF1), the 47 kDa p47-phox organizer subunit of the phagocyte NADPH oxidase, can be quantified in human research specimens using this quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie. NCF1 governs assembly of the oxidase at the phagosome membrane and is required for superoxide generation during the respiratory burst; loss-of-function variants cause autosomal recessive chronic granulomatous disease, while copy-number variation and altered expression have been linked with rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus in published cohort studies.

Each kit is configured for 96 Assays per plate and is intended for in vitro research use only. Standard reagents, coated microplate wells, and detection antibody are supplied as a complete set; reagent vials should be refrigerated upon receipt and stored at the temperature indicated on the kit insert to maintain calibration.
