Human Natriuretic peptides B (NPPB) ELISA Kit

The microtiter plate is pre-coated with an antibody specific to NPPB, and a biotinylated detection antibody combined with an Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate produces a colorimetric read-out measured at 450 nm ± 2 nm.

The assay delivers an assay range of 15.6-1000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 3.9 pg/mL, with an Intra-Assay CV of 4.9% and an Inter-Assay CV of 7.5%.
