Human Natriuretic peptides A (NPPA) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a sandwich-format ELISA kit for the quantification of Natriuretic Peptides A (NPPA) in human samples including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit is intended for research use only and recognises natural and recombinant human NPPA, a secreted hormone involved in cardiovascular homeostasis through the regulation of natriuresis, diuresis and vasodilation.

Reported performance includes a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.078 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 6.3% and an inter-assay CV of 10.2%. Spike-and-recovery averages 98% (range 92-104%) in serum and 100% (range 94-106%) in plasma. Dilutional linearity for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (N=5) across 1:2 to 1:16 sample dilutions spans 83-117%.
