Human NANOG ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of human NANOG (homeobox protein NANOG; UniProt Q9H9S0) using a double-antibody format with colorimetric detection. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months. Reported linearity for serum (n=5) is 86–101% at 1:2, 85–101% at 1:4 and 81–97% at 1:8; EDTA plasma (n=5) is 91–105%, 83–94% and 85–96%; heparin plasma (n=5) is 80–95%, 81–99% and 88–95%. Spike-and-recovery averages are 97% (serum), 100% (EDTA plasma) and 99% (heparin plasma), with corresponding ranges of 87–105%, 95–105% and 85–102%.

NANOG is a homeobox transcription factor involved in maintaining pluripotency and self-renewal in embryonic stem cells, and the kit is positioned for research within the epigenetics and nuclear signaling area.
