Human NADH dehydrogenase [ubiquinone] iron-sulfur protein 7, mitochondrial (NDUFS7) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie intended for the quantitative measurement of human NADH dehydrogenase [ubiquinone] iron-sulfur protein 7, mitochondrial (NDUFS7) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay recognises both natural and recombinant human NDUFS7 and is intended for research use only.

Reported performance specifications include a detection range of 0.312-20ng/ml, a sensitivity of 0.12ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 4.5% and an inter-assay CV of 8.3%. Linearity has been established in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16. Recovery in serum averages 94% (range 88-100%) and in plasma averages 96% (range 90-102%).

NDUFS7 is a core subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I) and forms part of the iron-sulfur (IP) fragment of the enzyme. The kit is listed for use in neuroscience research, with the target protein localised to the mitochondrion (UniProt O75251).
