Human NADH dehydrogenase [ubiquinone] 1 alpha subcomplex subunit 6 (NDUFA6) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of human NADH dehydrogenase [ubiquinone] 1 alpha subcomplex subunit 6 (NDUFA6) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and shows specificity for natural and recombinant human NDUFA6.

The reported detection range is 0.156-10ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.056ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 6.3% and inter-assay CV is 8.5%. Recovery averaged 96% in serum (range 90-102%) and 98% in plasma (range 92-104%). Linearity has been validated across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples. NDUFA6 is described as an accessory subunit of mitochondrial Complex I, located on the inner mitochondrial membrane as a peripheral membrane protein on the matrix side, and is associated with neurosciences research.
