Human NACHT, LRR and PYD domains-containing protein 3 (NLRP3) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative detection of human NLRP3 (NACHT, LRR and PYD domains-containing protein 3), also known by the synonyms Cryopyrin, CIAS1, NALP3 and PYPAF1. The assay is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, and recognises both natural and recombinant human NLRP3 with high specificity.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078 ng/mL. Intra-assay precision is 5.2% CV and inter-assay precision is 7.7% CV. Recovery is 89–101% in serum (average 95%) and 91–103% in plasma (average 97%), with linearity data provided for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across serial dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16.
