Human N (G),N (G)-dimethylarginine dimethylaminohydrolase 2 (DDAH2) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a Sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of human N(G),N(G)-dimethylarginine dimethylaminohydrolase 2 (DDAH2), a cytoplasmic and mitochondrial enzyme (UniProt O95865) classified under the cancer research area. The colorimetric assay is reactive with human samples and accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant human DDAH2. It is supplied for research use only.

Reported performance figures include a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.05 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 6.8% and an inter-assay CV of 11.6%. Linearity in serum spans 100-109% at a 1:2 dilution, 90-99% at 1:4, 90-100% at 1:8 and 105-114% at 1:16, with comparable ranges reported for EDTA and heparin plasma. Recovery averages 115% (range 109-120%) in serum and 117% (range 111-120%) in plasma.
