Human N-alpha-acetyltransferase 20 (NAA20) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of human N-alpha-acetyltransferase 20 (NAA20) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. The colorimetric assay recognises natural and recombinant human NAA20 and is intended for research use only.

According to the manufacturer, the detection range is 1.56-100ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.98ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is reported as 4.2% and inter-assay CV as 7.1%. Linearity and recovery data are supplied for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples. NAA20 is the catalytic subunit of the NatB complex, which catalyses acetylation of N-terminal methionine residues on peptides beginning with Met-Asp, Met-Glu, Met-Asn and Met-Gln, and is required for maintaining the structure and function of actomyosin fibres and for proper cellular migration.
