Human MZB1 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0908)

MZB1 (Marginal Zone B and B1 Cell-Specific Protein), also called pERp1, is an ER-resident chaperone required for plasma cell differentiation and antibody secretion. This Assay Genie immunoassay provides quantitative measurement of human MZB1 from multiple matrices including cell culture supernatant, serum samples, and EDTA-plasma, supporting research into B-cell biology, immunoglobulin production, and autoimmune conditions including systemic lupus erythematosus and Sjögren's syndrome.

Each kit supplies a pre-coated microplate strip plate, biotinylated detection reagent, and streptavidin-HRP conjugate, providing sufficient reagents for one complete plate-based run with a 100 µL sample volume per well. Reconstituted standards and undiluted unknowns are processed and read for absorbance on a standard microplate reader; the human-specific capture antibody has been validated to show no significant cross-reactivity with homologous rat or mouse MZB1. Unopened components should be stored at 4 °C, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles of the standard should be avoided to preserve binding activity.
