Human Myosin light chain 3 (MYL3) ELISA Kit

MYL3 is a critical protein involved in muscle contraction and function, serving as a valuable biomarker for studying conditions such as cardiac muscle disorders and skeletal muscle diseases. Functionally, MYL3 acts as a regulatory light chain of myosin that does not bind calcium, and it is a component of the myosin hexamer of 2 heavy chains and 4 light chains.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 39pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is 7.9% and inter-assay CV is 11.2%. Recovery averages 94% for serum (range 88-100%) and 96% for plasma (range 90-102%). Linearity has been assessed across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at multiple dilutions.
