Human Myosin light chain 1/3, skeletal muscle isoform (MYL1) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of human Myosin light chain 1/3, skeletal muscle isoform (MYL1), a regulatory light chain of myosin that does not bind calcium and plays a central role in muscle contraction. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and reacts with natural and recombinant human MYL1 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

The kit delivers a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.144 ng/mL. Linearity has been characterised for serum (93–103% at 1:2, 96–105% at 1:4, 82–91% at 1:8 and 86–97% at 1:16), EDTA plasma (98–107%, 101–111%, 84–96% and 90–100%) and heparin plasma (109–119%, 86–96%, 105–115% and 92–102%). The product is intended for research use only and falls within the Signal Transduction research area.
