Human Myosin-4 (MYH4) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a sandwich ELISA developed for the quantitative detection of human Myosin-4 (MYH4), a protein involved in muscle contraction. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. It is intended for research use only.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.159ng/mL. The kit reports an intra-assay CV of 7.9% and an inter-assay CV of 9.4%. Linearity has been demonstrated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16, with recovery averaging 92% (range 86-98%) in serum and 94% (range 88-100%) in plasma. Specificity is confirmed against natural and recombinant human Myosin-4.
