The Assay Genie Human Myoglobin (MYO) ELISA Kit is a 96 assays plate-format immunoassay built on a sandwich capture-and-detection antibody configuration, validated for reactivity with human MYO (UniProt P02144; gene MB / PVALB). Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity 0.30 ng/mL and a detection range 0.781 to 50 ng/mL, and the protocol runs in roughly 3 hours to produce an absorbance-based readout on a standard microplate reader, slotting into common plate-handling workflows.
