Human Myoferlin (MYOF) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA is designed for the precise measurement of myoferlin levels in human samples including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Myoferlin is a calcium/phospholipid-binding protein that plays a role in the plasmalemma repair mechanism of endothelial cells, is involved in endocytic recycling, and is implicated in VEGF signal transduction by regulating the levels of the receptor KDR.

The assay detects natural and recombinant human myoferlin with a detection range of 0.625–40 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.21 ng/mL. Reported precision figures are an intra-assay CV of 4.9% and an inter-assay CV of 7.1%. The kit is for research use only.
