Human MYH10/Myosin Heavy Chain 10 ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie sandwich ELISA is designed for the quantitative measurement of Myosin Heavy Chain 10 (MYH10) in human samples. The kit employs a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection and is suitable for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

MYH10, a member of the myosin superfamily, is vital for cell movement and muscle contraction. Its dysregulation has been linked to diseases such as cancer, heart conditions, and neurological disorders, making it an important biomarker for disease research and therapeutic development. Validation data demonstrate robust linearity across sample types: serum shows 91-105% at 1:2, 97-103% at 1:4, and 88-102% at 1:8 dilution; EDTA plasma shows 85-104% at 1:2, 94-103% at 1:4, and 82-97% at 1:8; heparin plasma shows 83-95% at 1:2, 84-90% at 1:4, and 80-98% at 1:8. Spike-and-recovery performance is 85-105% (average 95%) for serum, 93-102% (average 97%) for EDTA plasma, and 88-105% (average 97%) for heparin plasma.
