Human Myeloid cell nuclear differentiation antigen (MNDA) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human Myeloid cell nuclear differentiation antigen (MNDA) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The colorimetric assay detects natural and recombinant human MNDA and is intended for research use only, with applications in immunology research.

Manufacturer performance specifications include a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.053 ng/mL, with an intra-assay CV of 6.2% and an inter-assay CV of 10.8%. Reported recovery averages 114% (range 108-120%) for serum and 116% (range 110-120%) for plasma. Linearity across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 (N=5) is given as: serum 104-113%, 99-109%, 101-112% and 83-94%; EDTA plasma 110-120%, 97-106%, 92-100% and 102-113%; heparin plasma 104-113%, 99-108%, 103-113% and 107-117%.
