Human Myb-related protein A (MYBL1) ELISA Kit

MYBL1 (Myb-related protein A) is a transcription factor of the Myb family that governs cell cycle progression, cellular differentiation, and spermatogenesis. Aberrant MYBL1 expression has been documented in certain malignancies, including adenoid cystic carcinoma subtypes harboring MYBL1 gene rearrangements.

The Assay Genie immunoassay kit provides quantitative measurement of human MYBL1 protein in research specimens through a colorimetric in vitro ELISA procedure. Each kit is packaged for 96 assays and supplied with all reagents required to run the protocol, including a coated microplate, reference standards, detection antibody, wash buffer, and substrate solution.
