The Assay Genie MV-IgG ELISA Kit quantifies measles virus-specific IgG antibodies using an indirect biotinylated immunoassay on a pre-coated microplate. Bound IgG is revealed with a biotinylated anti-human secondary antibody and a streptavidin-HRP conjugate, producing a quantitative readout of humoral immunity.
