Human Multidrug resistance-associated protein 9 (ABCC12) ELISA Kit

ABCC12 belongs to the ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporter superfamily and is classified as a probable transporter involved in drug resistance and the transport of various molecules across cell membranes. Dysregulation of ABCC12 has been linked to drug resistance in cancer cells, and increased expression has been associated with breast cancer, making this target relevant to oncology and pharmacology research.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.12ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 5.8% and inter-assay CV is 10.8%. Reported recovery is 110% (range 104-116%) for serum and 112% (range 106-118%) for plasma. The assay shows specificity for natural and recombinant human Multidrug resistance-associated protein 9 (UniProt accession Q96J65).
