Human Mucin-like protein 1 (MUCL1) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is intended for the quantitative measurement of human Mucin-like protein 1 (MUCL1), also referred to as Protein BS106, Small breast epithelial mucin, and SBEM (UniProt Q96DR8). The assay is reactive with human samples and has been validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant human MUCL1.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312-20 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.23 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 4.8%, and an inter-assay CV of 8.0%. Linearity has been demonstrated for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16, with mean recovery of 101% for serum and 103% for plasma. The kit is supplied with an ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, diluents, detection reagents, wash buffer, substrate, stop solution, and plate sealer, stored at -20°C or 4°C as indicated.
