Performance specifications include a detection range of 1.56-100 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.98 ng/mL. Precision is reported as an intra-assay CV of 5.1% and an inter-assay CV of 9.2%. Spiking recovery averaged 97% (range 91-103%) for serum and 99% (range 93-105%) for plasma. Linearity data are provided for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across serial dilutions.
