Human Mucin-15/MUC15 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit is intended for the precise measurement of Mucin-15 (MUC15) levels in human biological samples including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method in a double-antibody sandwich format and is reactive with human samples. MUC15 is a mucin protein involved in cell adhesion and signaling and has been associated with cancer, inflammatory disorders, and autoimmune conditions.

Reported performance figures include a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.313–20 ng/mL, with storage at 2–8°C for 12 months.
