Human mTOR ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of human mTOR (mechanistic target of rapamycin) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with a colorimetric readout measured at 450 nm.

The kit is reactive with human samples and targets the serine/threonine kinase mTOR (UniProt P42345). Storage is at 2–8°C for 12 months.

The workflow includes standard/sample incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotinylated detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin (SABC) incubation for 30 minutes, and TMB substrate development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, followed by stop solution and absorbance measurement at 450 nm against a standard curve.
