Human MTHFSD (Methenyltetrahydrofolate synthase domain-containing protein) ELISA KIT (HUFI05053)

The Human MTHFSD ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a quantitative sandwich immunoassay for measuring methenyltetrahydrofolate synthase domain-containing protein in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. MTHFSD is a mitochondrial enzyme of the one-carbon folate pathway that contributes to interconversion of tetrahydrofolate derivatives required for nucleotide biosynthesis and methylation reactions.

Each kit includes a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized calibration standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, TMB substrate, and stop solution, sufficient for processing up to 96 determinations in a single run using 100 µL of sample per well. Reconstituted standards should be stored frozen at -20°C and the TMB substrate protected from light to preserve reagent integrity. A standard run completes in approximately 3-4 hours, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a conventional plate reader. For research use only; not intended for diagnostic procedures.
