Human MSX2 (Homeobox protein MSX-2) ELISA Kit (HUFI05052)

MSX2 is a homeodomain transcription factor (also referenced as HOX8 or PFM1) with established roles in craniofacial morphogenesis, osteoblast lineage commitment, and bone remodeling, and altered MSX2 signaling has been linked to Boston-type craniosynostosis, dental developmental disorders, and several solid tumor contexts.
