Manufactured by Assay Genie, this colorimetric Sandwich ELISA is intended for the quantitative detection of human MST1P9 (Putative macrophage-stimulating protein), with the target protein also referenced under the synonyms MSTP9, Brain rescue factor 1 (BRF-1), and Hepatocyte growth factor-like protein homolog. The kit employs a double-antibody sandwich format and is validated for use with human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Manufacturer specifications list a sensitivity of 0.375 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.625-40 ng/mL.
