Human MSR1/CD204 ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the precise quantification of MSR1 (also known as CD204) in human samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, with absorbance measured at 450 nm after TMB-based color development.

With a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.313–20 ng/mL, the kit is suited to studying MSR1, a protein involved in mediating immune responses and regulating inflammation, with roles in pathogen recognition, phagocytosis, and antigen presentation. Reported linearity for serum (n = 5) is 87–104% at 1:2, 89–102% at 1:4, and 88–100% at 1:8 dilution, while recovery for serum ranges from 86–104% with an average of 97%.
