Human MSH2 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, the Human MSH2 ELISA Kit is a Sandwich ELISA configured with a double-antibody format and colorimetric detection, intended for the quantitative measurement of MSH2 in human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. The assay reports a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL across a working range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL, and unopened reagents are stable at 2–8°C for up to 12 months [S1].

Linearity has been validated across multiple matrices. At dilutions of 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8, recovery ranges were 88–105%, 83–97% and 80–94% for serum (n=5); 89–103%, 82–98% and 87–98% for EDTA plasma (n=5); and 88–104%, 86–99% and 80–97% for heparin plasma (n=5) [S1]. Spike-and-recovery testing returned averages of 100% in serum, 96% in EDTA plasma and 94% in heparin plasma, with corresponding ranges of 86–105%, 88–103% and 85–104% [S1].

The workflow begins with reagent equilibration to room temperature, followed by incubation of standards and samples on the pre-coated plate at 37°C for 90 minutes. Biotin-labelled detection antibody is then added for 60 minutes at 37°C, after which HRP-Streptavidin is applied for a further 30 minutes at 37°C. Signal is developed with TMB substrate in the dark for 10–20 minutes and read at 450 nm after addition of stop solution [S1]. The kit is positioned within the epigenetics and nuclear signalling research area [S1].
