Human MS4A1 (B-lymphocyte antigen CD20) ELISA Kit (HUFI05064)

This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie enables measurement of human MS4A1, the membrane protein commonly known as CD20, in research specimens. CD20 serves as a defining surface marker of the B-lymphocyte lineage, expressed from the pre-B cell stage through mature B cells but absent on early progenitors and terminally differentiated plasma cells.

Investigators studying B-cell malignancies, including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, follicular lymphoma, and mantle cell lymphoma, employ MS4A1 quantification to evaluate tumor burden and monitor responses to anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody regimens such as rituximab and obinutuzumab.
