Human MRC2 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of Mannose Receptor C Type 2 (MRC2) in human biological samples. The assay uses a double antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, and is suitable for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples [C0, S1].

The kit offers a detection range of 0.313–20 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL, and components are stable at 2–8°C for 12 months [S1]. Performance validation includes recovery testing, with serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma showing recovery ranges of 94–103%, 87–101%, and 93–102% respectively, and average recoveries of 98%, 96%, and 99% [S1].
